Kloke appreciates that all personal information you provide to us is private and we promise to ensure that your information remains safe. Kloke Pty Ltd is registered in Australia. When you use either register with us through our subscription list or purchase from us you provide Kloke Pty Ltd consent to process and use your personal data as outlined in our privacy policy. We pay strict attention to ensuring this data is protected through security measures as well as strict company policies.

How we collect your personal information

Kloke Pty Ltd collects personal data from visitors to our site who register their information with us. Kloke Pty Ltd also use “cookies” as well as tracking ip addresses to provide our customers a more enhanced shopping experience. We use cookies to see who is accessing our site and how often. We use this information to make changes to our site which leads to a more enhanced experience for our customers. Your web browser may automatically accept cookies, however you do not have to accept cookies. You can disable cookies by accessing the help tab on your browser. To ensure you have the best experience while accessing our site we recommend that you keep cookies enabled. By not disabling your cookies you accept the collection and storage of any personal information cookies contain. We also collect personal data (name, address, phone number and email address) to process purchases made online.

Using Your Information

To be able to provide you with a great shopping experience it is necessary for us to collect some personal information. The information we request from you includes:

Your full name and contact details including your email address and telephone number.

The name and address and contact details of the person who will be receiving your shipment.

The billing information for the credit card used.

Any other personal information you are willing to disclose to us when you join our mailing list. You may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.

Mailing List Terms & Conditions

By joining our mailing list you consent to Kloke sending you emails. Kloke emails include but are not limited to information on product launches, competitions, sales and events.

You can choose to opt out of receiving our mailing list at any time by selecting the unsubscribe button at the bottom of a Kloke email.

General Terms & Conditions

Please ensure that you read and understand the terms and conditions carefully prior to shopping on the Kloke Web Store.

Kloke is located in Melbourne Australia.

By placing an order on you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions please be sure to contact us at [email protected] prior to placing your order.

Payment must be received in full for any order placed for the order to be accepted and shipped. Once payment is received an order confirmation will be sent to you at the email address provided.


Pricing on is in Australian dollars including gst (goods and sales tax) at the current rate of 10%. Prices are exclusive of shipping and delivery charges. Customers who reside outside of Australia will not be subject to GST charge, however they may be subject to additional duty charges when the item enters the destination country.

Kloke does not have any control or influence on any customs duties or import tax charged when your order reaches its destination country. These additional charges will be the responsibility of the customer placing the order.

Availability of goods

All goods are subject to availability. We endeavor to make all goods purchased available for delivery. If the item you order is unavailable we will notify you as soon as possible. A refund on any goods not available will be offered to you.


All orders received prior to 2pm will be processed and shipped that day, orders received after this time will be processed the following day. Any orders placed over the weekend or on Australian public holidays will be processed the following business day.


Payment must be received in full prior to any goods being shipped.

Care of your Kloke goods

Kloke takes great pride in the selection of fabrications used and the manufacturing of all garments. Please take note of all care instructions found on your garment. If you are unsure of how to treat and care for a product purchased please contact us a [email protected] and we will be more than happy to provide you with some guidelines.


Rates for shipping are calculated using the estimated weight and size of the item/s. We use Australia Post and DHL for all international shipping. For domestic shipping we use Australia Post.

Shipping within Australia

For shipping within Australia we use Fastway . This service requires that you sign for delivery upon receipt. We are unable to deliver to PO BOX addresses.
Shipping is free on all domestic orders.

International shipping

For international shipping we use Registered Australia Post and DHL international shipping. We require a signature upon receipt of delivery.

Order tracking

An order tracking number along with shipping details will be emailed to the address you have provided once your goods have left Kloke. You will be provided with details on how you can track your shipment via email.

Estimated delivery times

Shipping within Australia
Please allow 3 business days for your goods to be delivered and between 2 to 7 business days fro regional areas.

Shipping internationally

Delivery will take 3 – 10 business days.

Free shipping

Kloke occasionally offers free promotional shipping offers. If you have purchased an item with a free shipping promotion and would like to return the item for a refund, the delivery costs will be deducted from the purchase amount to be refunded.

Signing for deliveries

Kloke advises that you use a secure delivery address. Kloke is unable to take responsibility for stolen parcels.

Postage & handling charges

Australian domestic shipping is free of charge.

International shipping fee is charged at $20 flat rate to New Zealand and $25 flat rate to rest of the world.

Customs & duties

Kloke does not have any control or influence on any customs duties or import tax charged when your order reaches its destination country. These additional charges will be the responsibility of the customer placing the order.


Kloke is happy to help you to offer you an exchange or refund if the item you have purchased is not suitable within 14 days of receiving your order, with the exception of sale goods.
You must email [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Goods must be unused condition with all tags still attached.

Sale goods are those which have had the original price discounted or sold as part of a discounted promotion. Any order placed on a sale product is final. We are unable to offer a refund on discounted goods unless there is a manufacturing fault found.

Subject to availability we will happily exchange your items that have been retuned to Kloke within 14 days of being received by you. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Exchange request must be emailed to [email protected] If the goods requested are unavailable you will be issued with a store credit or a refund.


If you have requested a refund Kloke will refund the original purchase’s account. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Depending on form of initial payment refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

Exchanges/refunds for faulty goods

Kloke prides itself on the finest of quality. If there has been an issue with an item you have received and you feel that the item may be faulty please email [email protected] for a Return Authorization (RA) number within 3 days of receiving your order. Kloke will assess all returned items on receipt and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as being faulty.

Any item deemed to be faulty will be replaced by Kloke. If a replacement is unavailable a refund will be issued for the value of the item at time of placing your order including any shipping cost incurred. Kloke will refund any shipping costs incurred by you. Please provide the receipt for shipping costs with the returned faulty goods. Depending on form of initial payment refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

Charges for return or exchange

Unless the item returned is deemed faulty all shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns packaging

All items returned to Kloke must be returned unworn and with all tags attached and in the original packaging. If your order is received without tags attached or the packaging has become damaged please notify Kloke via email [email protected] on same day as receiving your goods.

Accuracy of content

Kloke takes great care in ensuring that the product description and specifications are correct at the time of publication. Due to differing browser software or computer systems used by customers there may be slight variation in colour representation.
