We're currently hiring — Retail 2IC Full Time.
We are on the hunt for an experienced 2IC Manager working full time across our two retail locations in Melbourne.
Working within a small creative team, the Assistant Retail Manager will lead an inspired and enthusiastic team to achieve sales and key performance indicators. There will be opportunity to have input across various areas of the business. The position will lead with a positive mental attitude, and a mature approach to client sales. The primary objective is to deliver excellent customer service across all areas of the Kloke brand while building on our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Work towards achieving KPI's
Manage and build the team to succeed in achieving daily and weekly results
Monitor staff availability and rostering
Ensure the team is working effectively and excelling in customer service.
Focus on our customers ensuring that they receive the best in service, styling and communication.
Approach customer queries professionally and promptly via the appropriate communication platform.
Maintain customer information and build customer loyalty program.
Monitor customer returns and exchanges.
Manage inventory including inter-store transfers.
Merchandise retail store
Identify growth opportunities
Styling and understanding of the Kloke aesthetic
Maintain strong product knowledge.
Support, develop and lead the store team

Experienced Retail Assistants to join our Melbourne team.
The positions will be working out of our Fitzroy and Little Collins St stores. The successful candidates must have a minimum of two years experience working in a boutique fashion environment and possess exceptional customer service skills.
